The laboratories are the nerve center of the Institute where students gain access to all forms of experimental studies

The Institute offer students ample opportunities to study different equipment. so as to match their practical observation with their theoretical knowledge.

Keeping this in mind, the labs have been setup as per the standards and norms of Indian Nursing Council and U.P. State Medical Faculty. All the labs are equipped with latest, sophisticated instruments, models, charts and dummies.

The various laboratories are as under :-

(i) Fundamental of Nursing Lab (FON) :

Fundamental of Nursing lab is a patient stimulator. Nursing is considered both art as well as science which needs a lot of persistent practice.

This lab is the practical areas of the students, where they perform all nursing procedures prior to the exposure to the clinical field.

(ii) Community Health Nursing (CHN) :

This lab is equipped with latest articles and equipments and is used by students to practice bag technique required for family health care and prepare. The materials needed for health education, school health programme, camps etc.

CHN lab focuses on principles and methods of Community Health Nursing roles and responsibilities of the nurse in the community.

(iii) Obstetrics and Gynaecology Lab (OBG) :

This lab is where students learn the basic skills of maternity and child health nursing prior to exposure to the clinical area.

The lab contains various obstetrical charts related to antenatal and postnatal care. including models to practice the conduct of labour.

The aims of this lab is to achieve excellence in basic and applied teaching relating to child health and obstetrics and gynaecology.

(iv) Nutrition Lab :

The efforts of the nutrition lab are aimed at developing a better understanding of low diets disease risk factors especially in olderwomen and men.

The nutrition lab is where the students learn to prepare normal and therapeutic diet.

(v) Anatomy and Physiology Lab :

This lab is equipped with complete range of models charts. photos to provide better understanding of the subjects by the students.

The lab enhances students ability to both visualize and understand anatomical structures for better conception of physiology of human body.
